Tom Youtsey is a Senior Director and Transaction Manager with CBRE and co-leads the Puget Sound Healthcare & Life Sciences Group with his business partners Paul Carr, Marcus Yamamoto, and Pete Warsinske. The team has unrivaled expertise in healthcare and life science, including surgical, ambulatory clinic, and laboratory research space, with a deep understanding of the specialized needs related to clinic, laboratory, pharma/bio-manufacturing, and related real estate.

Mr. Youtsey has been with CBRE since 2010 and joined the Puget Sound Healthcare & Life Sciences Group in 2021.

CBRE: Drove program capturing $6m in Providence savings in first six months and expanding to $10m annually. At EvergreenHealth, rapidly established as an integral partner with deep involvement in board-level strategic planning and direct contributions such as capturing $10M in value and savings and leading corporate transactions valued at $90M.

Microsoft: Advanced through financial analyst, product planning, and business development roles, playing a key role in the business model and product strategy for Xbox and orchestrating major endorsement deal with Shaquille O’Neal. Throughout tenure, worked closely with Microsoft’s leadership team, including exposure to CEOs Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer.
