Travis Lawrie relocated to Dallas in late 2021 after four years in the Chicago downtown office. Mr. Lawrie specializes in the representation of national retail tenants where he provides advisory and transaction management surrounding their acquisition and expansion strategies across the country. He has represented such tenants as Circle K, ATI Physical Therapy, NAPA Auto, Punch Bowl Social, Orange Theory Fitness, Qdoba, and Firebird Restaurant Group, among others. Mr. Lawrie’s skillset and network enable us to further our multi-market Occupier services across Texas and the southwestern US.
While in Chicago, Mr. Lawrie also consulted on some of Chicago’s most prominent mixed-use assets including Willis Tower, The Tribune Tower, and 500 West Madison Avenue.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Lawrie spent four years with a boutique brokerage firm in Dallas where he specialized in market entry and new store growth strategy on behalf of retailers and restauranteurs across Texas.
Mr. Lawrie has a BA from Southern Methodist University.
