William King is a Senior Analyst on CBRE’s West Coast Institutional Debt & Structured Finance team within CBRE Capital Markets. After graduating from Santa Clara University where he studied finance and real estate, Mr. King began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2022. Since joining CBRE, he has participated in the placement of debt financing for all asset classes of commercial real estate across the nation with a focus on West Coast markets. Sitting in CBRE's San Francisco Office, Mr. King engages in all stages of the capital placement process from underwriting assets to lender outreach. He works with the Zampa/Walker Team to source capital from life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, mortgage REITs, CMBS investment banks and C-PACE providers.
