Accomplished Infrastructure Executive Stacey Shepard Joins CBRE

CBRE announced today that Stacey Shepard, an accomplished leader in government, infrastructure, and environmental solutions, has joined the Infrastructure & Public Enterprise Sector of its Global Workplace Solutions business.
Ms. Shepard will lead integrated client solution development for U.S.-based government, quasi-government, government-regulated, and government contracting organizations. She brings decades of experience in helping clients achieve measurable gains in resiliency, efficiency, equity and decarbonization efforts. 
Based in Washington, DC, Ms. Shepard most recently served as Vice President of Growth & Strategy for JACOBS Federal & Environmental Solutions. She oversaw client management and solutioning to government buildings, infrastructure and environmental portfolios. She is known for leveraging innovative thought leadership and creative partnering that delivers end-to-end, financially sustainable solutions.

General Services Administration (GSA) Executive, Darren Blue and infrastructure industry expert and AECOM alumnus, Stephen Engblom, joined CBRE. In addition, CBRE recently acquired a majority interest in Turner & Townsend, a project, program and cost management firm with deep infrastructure expertise. Collectively, CBRE and its affiliated partners provide deep expertise in real estate advisory and asset management services to hundreds of public and private infrastructure sector entities.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Shepard held positions at a defense policy think tank and legislative specialist on Capitol Hill. She continues to support industry-focused organizational boards, and remains a passionate advocate for STEAM and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives globally.
