Barrett Von Blon Joins CBRE Houston Land Team

CBRE announced today that Barrett Von Blon has joined its land team in Houston as First Vice President.

Barrett brings more than six years of experience, with particular success in urban retail site acquisition and disposition. Prior to joining CBRE, Barrett was Senior Vice President at JLL specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and end-users. He has worked with a variety of clients including oil and gas, real estate development and construction companies.

Barrett was recognized by JLL as Rising Star and Top Achiever in 2021 and Platinum Achiever in 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and serves as the secretary of the Commercial Real Estate Network Gulf Coast, as the young professional board member for Spring Spirit and on the transportation committee for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
