Blair Bonuccelli Joins CBRE as Hawaii Market Leader

CBRE announced it has appointed Blair Bonuccelli Managing Director and Market Leader for its Hawaii business, effective today. In this role, he will oversee the operations of the company’s Honolulu office and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt & structured finance, and property management throughout the state.

Mr. Bonuccelli is a highly accomplished asset manager with more than 20 years of experience developing and managing retail, office and industrial commercial real estate portfolios throughout the United States at such companies as Bridge33 Capital, Epic Real Estate Partners, Phillips Edison and DLB & Associates.

“Blair’s extensive experience working alongside brokers to create redevelopment and leasing strategies will be extremely valuable in his role as leader of our Hawaii business,” said John Frager, executive managing director of CBRE’s San Diego and Hawaii businesses.
