Bob Pearson Joins CBRE as a Senior Vice President in LA’s South Bay

CBRE announced the hire of Bob Pearson as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s South Bay office in El Segundo, California. Mr. Pearson will support CBRE’s high-profile office business across the Greater Los Angeles region, bringing specialized experience in lease negotiation and landlord and tenant representation.

Previously, Mr. Pearson was the Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services at Madison Partners.

“Having completed more than 600 commercial transactions totaling over 4.5 million square feet, Bob brings invaluable office experience across the Los Angeles market,” said Bobby Peddicord, Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s South Bay office. “His unique experience in the representation of institutional landlords including Blackstone, AEW Capital Management, and J.P. Morgan make him an incredible asset to CBRE.”

Mr. Pearson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
