CBRE continues to grow its industrial brokerage capabilities across the Hawaii region

CBRE today announced the addition of Alexander Kidani to its industrial practice in Hawaii, based at its Honolulu office. He is moving over from the firm’s property management team.

“Alexander gained important experience working with owners in the local market,” said Kimberly K. Lord, Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Hawaii region. “With his knowledge and abilities, we will be able to continue growing our industrial market share in the region, which is a strategic priority for us.”

Mr. Kidani started at CBRE as Associate Real Estate Manager for the Hawaii region, overseeing 11 industrial properties totaling more than 750,000 square feet. After moving over to industrial brokerage, he will now work exclusively with Trent Thoms, First Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services.

“We are very excited to welcome Alexander to our CBRE industrial practice in Hawaii,” said Mr. Thoms.

Mr. Kidani holds a California Real Estate Salespersons as well as Hawaii Real Estate Salespersons license. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at a commercial real estate escrow company in Los Angeles, preceded by his time at a real estate technology start-up in San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Mr. Kidani has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Chapman University, preceded by his graduation from Punahou School with honors.

“I am very excited to join the brokerage team,” said Mr. Kidani. “My property management experience coupled with CBRE’s broad service offerings and unmatched operating platform will empower me to have an immediate impact and provide outstanding outcomes for our clients.”
