CBRE Announces Eight Honorary Promotions in Colorado

CBRE announced eight honorary title promotions in the first quarter of 2022. The promoted professionals span specialties in debt and structured finance, large corporate occupier representation, corporate capital markets, investment sales and leasing.

Craig Branton is promoted to Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group. Based in downtown Denver, Mr. Branton specializes in the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program. He offers private commercial real estate owners a broad spectrum of financing solutions, nationwide. Mr. Branton ranked among the top 10 percent of CBRE producers in the Americas last year.

Mike Camp is promoted to Executive Vice President. Mr. Camp has been with CBRE his entire career and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. He is recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Denver and is a multi-year winner of NAIOP Colorado’s Industrial Broker of the Year. Mr. Camp has also been consistently recognized by CBRE on a national basis as a top producer.

Todd Papazian is also promoted to Executive Vice President. Mr. Papazian provides real estate guidance for large corporations with global real estate portfolios. He leads a team of experts focused on helping clients reduce costs, better manage risk and improve efficiency across their real estate portfolios. In the past five years, Mr. Papazian and his partners have completed 2,175 transactions in 565 markets worldwide totaling 34 million sq. ft. and $5.8 billion in consideration. They are consistently among CBRE’s top producers and have won NAIOP Colorado’s Broker Team of the Year award for the past six consecutive years.

Vincent Polce is promoted to Senior Vice President. Based in downtown Denver, Mr. Polce is a senior member of CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets Group and co-leads a national Private Equity Advisory practice. With a decade of prior experience as an independent commodities trader and investment banker, Mr. Polce provides qualitative and quantitative capital markets advisory and execution expertise, for planned and existing assets, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Michael Kendall is promoted to First Vice President. Mr. Kendall specializes in retail services. He has 17 years of experience working with national, regional and local retailers, as well as investors and landlords throughout Colorado. His experience includes strategic market planning and rollouts, site selection/disposition, property analysis and underwriting, development lease up, and negotiating lease and sale transactions.

Jim Lee is also promoted to First Vice President. Mr. Lee represents retail landlords and tenants across the metro Denver area. With over three decades of experience, he focuses on the leasing, positioning, acquisition and disposition of prominent retail properties on behalf of property owners. He also has represented and has close relationships with some of the nation’s top brands in food, grocery, and services. He is consistently recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” in commercial real estate by the Denver Business Journal.

Parker Brown is promoted to Vice President. Mr. Brown is a member of CBRE Capital Markets’ National Retail Partners group, specializing in retail investment sales. His core focus entails providing private capital investors with strategies for the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade retail properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Together with his partners, his team has successfully completed more than 300 retail investment sale transactions, totaling over $3.1 billion in value for clients in 12 different western U.S. states.

Matt Kawulok is promoted to Vice President. Mr. Kawulok specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties across Metro Denver. He assesses his clients’ goals and objectives and develops strategies to meet their needs. Since becoming a broker in 2017, he has participated in transactions totaling over 2.5 million sq. ft.
