CBRE Announces Recent Industrial Sales and Lease Negotiations in Oklahoma City

CBRE announced the following transactions in Oklahoma City in the last two months:
John R. Colbert Real Estate Holdings, LLC, purchased 11,337 sq. ft. of retail warehouse space on 1.06 acres at 4141 W Reno Ave. from Fossil Creek Properties, LLC, for $1.2 million. CBRE’s Chris Zach, CPA, and Randy Lacey, SIOR, arranged the sale on behalf of the buyer.
True Sky Credit Union sold 3.86 acres of vacant extra land at 8230 NW Expressway to Britton Road Triple C Properties for $336,282. CBRE’s Amy Dunn, Zach and Lacey handled the sale of the land.
Conrad Fire Equipment, Inc. rented 9,450 sq. ft. of space on 1.02 acres from Cowley Properties, LLC. The warehouse space is at 808 N Virginia Drive. CBRE’s Zach and Lacey represented the landlord.
Avvio Services, LLC, rented 8,250 sq. ft. of warehouse space, on 1.08 acres, from GTA Investments, LLC, in their property at 2040 SE 67th. CBRE’s Lacey and Zach handled the leasing.
