CBRE Announces Sale Listing of UNICEF USA Headquarters Office Condominium at 125 Maiden Lane
Sale Will Allow Nonprofit to Relocate to New Headquarters Designed for Flexible Work

CBRE today announced that it has been retained as the exclusive agent to market UNICEF USA’s New York offices at 125 Maiden Lane. The three-story office condominium has served as the organization’s headquarters since 2007. Since the global pandemic, UNICEF USA has successfully implemented a hybrid work model and as a result, the organization will relocate to a more fitting physical presence in New York.
The CBRE team of Daniel Kaplan and Justin Arzi will spearhead the sale campaign on behalf of UNICEF USA. Concurrently, Anthony Manginelli and Michael Liss of CBRE’s leasing advisory group will assist the organization in the search for new headquarters space.
