CBRE announced the sale of Park South Apartments, a 252-unit multifamily complex in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood.

Eli Hanacek, Jon Hallgrimson, Mark Washington and Kyle Yamamoto of CBRE’s multifamily team in Seattle represented the seller, Jackson Square Properties.

Located at 10102 8th Avenue S in Seattle, Park South Apartments includes in-unit washer and dryers, newly renovated interiors, wood-burning fireplaces and modern appliances. The property also has a community pool, fitness center, business center, and clubhouse with games and outdoor entertainment area.
