CBRE Announces Think Space Gallery Leases Space in Los Angeles’ West Adams Neighborhood

CBRE’s Jeff Gerlach represented the tenant and landlord, House of Spike, LLC, in the transaction.
Think Space Gallery signed a seven-year lease for the 4,716 square-foot office space at 4207 W Jefferson Boulevard. The gallery is expanding, adding to its current location at the adjacent building at 4217 W Jefferson. Think Space Gallery is planning to move in July 1.
“We were very involved and hands-on throughout the entire design and renovation process, which resulted in three competing offers for this fabulous space that was on the market for less than six months,” said Gerlach. “Think Space Gallery loved the end result, and I know they will be a great addition to the West Adams community.”
CBRE and the firm’s project management team assisted in designing and completing a full-scale renovation project, which transformed the building into a space that features abundant natural light, outdoor spaces and operable windows, added Gerlach.
