CBRE Appointed Exclusive Agent for the Sale or Lease of 125,000 Sq. Ft. Community Facility and Commercial Use Development Site Steps from Lincoln Center

CBRE announced it has been retained as the exclusive agent for the sale or lease of a development site at 335 West 64th Street, in the heart of Manhattan’s west side cultural district, by Taconic Partners and Nuveen Real Estate. The site, which is ideally located in proximity to multiple cultural landmarks, medical and educational facilities, can be delivered raw or as a built-to-suit to accommodate a number of uses.

The CBRE team of Stephen Siegel, Robert Hill and Josh Pernice will spearhead the leasing campaign, while CBRE’s Daniel Kaplan and Justin Arzi will oversee marketing the sale of the empty site.
