CBRE Appoints Nathan Wynne to Lead Expansion of Industrial Capital Markets Team in Houston
May 31, 2022

Mr. Wynne joins a team of 32 CBRE National Partners located in key logistics hubs across the United States who specialize in the sale, finance, and recapitalization of industrial and logistics properties. Randy Baird, a Vice Chairman at CBRE in Dallas, leads the team in the South-Central U.S. region.
“The strategic addition of Nathan to our team will serve as a major benefit to our clients seeking to navigate a rapidly evolving market successfully,” said Baird. “He has an impressive track record for securing optimal client outcomes and will play a key role in growing our business to meet the surging developer and investor interest in Houston industrial real estate opportunities.”
Mr Wynne, a Senior Vice President, most recently served as a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services team. For over a decade, he has focused on leasing and growing industrial investor portfolios through development and acquisition. His career engagements total over 30 million sq. ft. and $500 million in value. This year, he received the Houston industrial brokerage industry’s highest recognition as the NAIOP 2021 Industrial Deal of the Year winner and a 2021 Industrial Broker of the Year finalist.
“Nathan has distinguished himself as a talented professional and recognized leader in the dynamic Houston industrial real estate market,” said Peter Mainguy, Senior Managing Director and Houston Market Leader at CBRE. “Through his exceptional understanding of market fundamentals, he consistently adds value for clients, executing some of the largest speculative industrial deals in the history of the Houston market over the last year.”
As he transitions to his new Capital Markets role, Nathan will continue to service a portion of his team’s investor portfolio to successful leasing conclusions.
CBRE has been the market share leader for industrial capital markets transactions in nine of the last ten years, according to Real Capital Analytics. The CBRE National Partners practice has grown its sales volume since formation from $2.5 billion in 2010 to $32 billion in 2021.
