CBRE Arranges 6,500 Sq. Ft. Lease for GoodBuy Gear at 244 Butler Street in Brooklyn

In einer von CBRE arrangierten Transaktion hat GoodBuy Gear, ein Online-Konsignationsgeschäft für Kinder für den Kauf und Verkauf von hochwertigen Baby- und Kinderprodukten, einen 6.500 Quadratfuß großen Mietvertrag für Einzelhandelsflächen und Parkplätze im Erdgeschoss in der 244 Butler Street in Brooklyn, NY, abgeschlossen. Der neue Außenposten wird als sechster stationärer Standort von GoodBuy Gear im Land dienen.

The CBRE team of Brad Cohen and Allie Portera represented GoodBuy Gear in the lease negotiations with building ownership, 233 Nevins Street LLC. The asking rent was $50 per sq. ft.

“Since its founding in 2016, GoodBuy Gear has grown exponentially and they required a new location in New York City to meet customers’ demands,” said Mr. Cohen. “The space at 244 Butler will allow the company to provide quality used baby and kids’ products to area families and will utilize the space for its accessory retail office and pickup operations.”
