CBRE Arranges 9,919-SF Lease for Twin Peaks at 200 Park Manor Drive in Pittsburgh

CBRE has arranged a 9,919-square-foot lease for Twin Peaks at 200 Park Manor Drive, a retail property in Pittsburgh. The Texas-based sports bar and restaurant company, which is owned and operated by The Falcons Group, will expand into the Pittsburgh market and will occupy the entire building.

CBRE’s Robert Gold and Jake Gold represented the tenant and CBRE’s Jason Cannon and Kim Clackson represented the landlord, Teodori Enterprises, in the lease negotiations.

200 Park Manor Drive is located at the crossroads of Interstate 376, Route 60, Route 22/30 and Park Manor Boulevard., proximate to more than 5 million square feet of retail, including The Mall at Robinson, Settlers Ridge, The Pointe at North Fayette and Robinson Town Center.
