CBRE Arranges First Three Retail Leases at Crocker Commons Mixed-Use Development in Westlake, Ohio

CBRE has arranged three new retail leases on behalf of FSW Properties LLC at Crocker Commons, a 16-acre mixed-use development, in Westlake, a suburb west of Cleveland, Ohio.

Kevin Moss of CBRE represented the Cleveland-based developer in the lease transactions.

The new tenants include Shake Shack, a fast casual hamburger chain; Choolaah, a fast-casual Indian restaurant; and Verizon Wireless. These are the first West Side locations for Shake Shack and Choolaah.

Located at 2207 Crocker Road, Crocker Commons is a mixed-use development featuring nearly 30,000 square feet of retail and 63,000 square feet of office space. Charles Schwab recently opened a branch location at the development. The project broke ground in October 2021 and is slated to deliver in the fall of 2022.

“Despite many challenges with COVID, rising constructions and inflation, CBRE was able to source new-to-market and expanding retailers and restaurants at this exciting new mixed-use development project,” said Kevin Moss, Vice President at CBRE in Cleveland.

The development is located across from Crocker Park, a lifestyle center and mixed-use destination, and minutes from Interstate 90. The project currently has 19,000 square feet of retail space available.
