The company’s new space is designed to embrace the evolving ways employee’s work
August 29, 2022

Austin – August 29, 2022 – CBRE today announced that Epicor Software Corp., a global leader in industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, has relocated its headquarters within the Las Cimas office complex in Southwest Austin. The company leased 45,496 sq. ft. at Las Cimas II and occupied the space in July.
CBRE's Nate Stricklen and John Gump represented Epicor in site selection and lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield's Kevin Granger and Brian Liverman represented the landlord, Boston-based Rockpoint.
Epicor provides innovative industry productivity solutions for the make, move, and sell economy, including customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail, automotive, and building supply. Its new headquarters office will play a key role in promoting its company culture following the Epicor’s adoption last year of a long-term hybrid work policy allowing most employees to work up to two days per week remotely.
“Delivering a superior customer experience starts first with creating a world-class employee experience,” said Brad Knisely, senior director of Treasury, Real Estate and Facilities at Epicor. “Our core focus in transitioning to the new headquarters was ensuring our teams had the right technologies, collaboration tools, and flexible environment to not just meet our working needs today, but also thrive in delivering innovative technology solutions for our customers around the world for many years to come.”
Epicor is relocating its headquarters from Las Cimas I to Las Cimas II, occupying the building's fourth floor and 4,653 sq. ft on its first floor. The company also secured prominent building signage as part of the deal. The new office incorporates upgraded amenities and a forward-looking design to promote collaboration and efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Key features include:
A flexible, free-address office layout
- An executive briefing center providing 4,653 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art facilities for client meetings and events, featuring a digital experience design wall displaying interactive video content and high-end board room finishes
- A Formula 1 racecar from Scuderia AlphaTauri team, an Epicor customer and technology partner, on display in the executive briefing center this season
- New technology for integrating a desk reservation system with workstation hardware displaying availability and employee name for reservations
- Lenovo Teams devices in meeting rooms providing one-touch connections to Microsoft Teams meetings booked in the room, making it easy to connect remote and in-person attendees
- Communal spaces to bring people together, such as one large break room area and hospitality bar
- Upgraded building amenities, including garage parking, a large fitness center, and a forthcoming food service option
Gensler designed the new Epicor office. CBRE managed the project.
"As the team at Epicor began evaluating return-to-office plans, they quickly recognized that upgrading amenities would be critical to empower its workforce to thrive in a post-pandemic hybrid environment," said Mr. Stricklen, Executive Vice President at CBRE. "Working with Gensler, the pieces came together for an evolution of the company’s workplace showcasing Epicor’s reputation for leading innovations that power business growth."
Said Jennifer Mejia, Senior Design Manager, Gensler: “Epicor’s workplace is reimagined as a hub for innovation and collaboration with a mix of focus and meeting areas, along with amenities such as a game room and work café. The design includes new elements paired with premium existing materials that support a sustainable culture and helped manage project costs. The first-floor executive briefing center provides a space for client connection and entertainment, featuring a digital experience design wall and custom F1 racecar as an homage to one of Epicor’s long-standing client relationships.”
Las Cimas II is one of four office buildings comprising Las Cimas, a Class A office complex offering hilltop views from Southwest Austin of the downtown skyline and the Texas Hill Country. Property features include local limestone architecture, tenant lounge, and conference center. The four-story, 156,977-sq.-ft. Las Cimas II is located at 807 Las Cimas Parkway near the intersection of Capital of Texas Highway and Bee Caves Road, with the Village at Westlake’s restaurants and shops a short walk away and connectivity to the rest of Austin via major roadways.
