CBRE Arranges Lease for Five Iron Golf in Lincoln Park

CBRE has arranged a new lease on behalf of Five Iron Golf to open a location in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. Located at 1000 West North Ave, the 13,150 square foot space will serve as Five Iron Golf’s third location in the Chicagoland area.
CBRE’s Sharon Kahan and Amy Sider represented Five Iron Golf in the transaction. The pair also represented Five Iron Golf in their other two Chicago location transactions in The Loop and River North.
“Five Iron Golf is an ideal match for the vibrant retail experiences found in Lincoln Park,” said Kahan. “This location offers a generous amount of space for golf and socializing, providing year-round entertainment for the neighborhood.”
