CBRE Arranges Multifamily Sale in Ramsey

CBRE has arranged the sale of ParkView East, a 121-unit multifamily property in Ramsey, MN. Curtis Capital Group sold the property to Partner Apartments in a transaction that closed September 15, 2022. A sale prices was not disclosed.
Ted Abramson, Abe Appert, and Keith Collins from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented the seller, Curtis Capital Group, in the transaction.
ParkView East is located at 14450 Rhinestone St. in Ramsey, MN and is in proximity to a Northstar Commuter Rail Station. Completed in 2017, the community includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and a dog park with indoor washing station.
“ParkView East delivered about five years ago in a newly established transit-oriented neighborhood in proximity to the train to Minneapolis. Since delivery, the walkable retail has established itself with grocery, medical office, parks, and additional national retailers. This made the opportunity attractive to investors focused on outer-ring suburban opportunities.” said Abramson.
