CBRE Arranges Sale of 14,264-SF Industrial Flex Building in Medley, Florida

CBRE has facilitated the sale of a 14,264-square-foot industrial flex building located at 8085 NW 90th Street in Medley, Fla. A private family trust purchased the property for $4.4 million.

CBRE’s Larry Genet, Tom O’Loughlin and Zack Krawiec represented the seller, Osko Inc., a digital radiography solutions supplier, in the transaction. Carlos Villanueva with the Keyes Company represented the buyer. Louis Archambault of Saul Ewing expertly represented the seller.

“Since purchasing the property in 2016, Osko Inc. has completed significant renovations to create a one-of-a-kind infill asset in the Medley submarket. The property sold for over $300 per square foot after a competitive process with multiple offers,” said CBRE Associate Zack Krawiec.

The two-story building includes 6,764 square feet of Class A office with floor-to-ceiling windows, a showroom adjacent to the lobby, training and product-demo rooms, and modern high-end finishes. The office space is directly connected to 7,500 square feet of warehouse space featuring sealed floors, 12-foot clearance height, a concrete Twin-T roof, hurricane windows and doors, 10 dock positions, and a concrete drive-in ramp that loads onto a dock platform.
