CBRE Awarded Office Leasing Assignment for 2900 Weslayan

Griffin Partners has selected CBRE to market for lease 2900 Weslayan, a 136,698-sq.-ft. boutique office building nestled between Houston’s Greenway Plaza and River Oaks neighborhoods. Warren Savery, Nina Seyyedin and Joel Douthit with CBRE are the exclusive leasing agents for the building.

2900 Weslayan hosts an on-site restaurant, Davanti, conferencing center and proximity to many walkable amenities including Central Market, Highland Village and the River Oaks District.The building recently underwent renovations to the lobby, common area corridors, elevator cabs and restrooms and created move-in ready spec suites as well.
