CBRE Completes Lease-Up for New Mixed-Use Development Greenway Station in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.

CBRE has completed lease up of Greenway Station, a new mixed-use development in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., featuring 26,000 square feet of retail space and anchored by an 85-room boutique hotel designed by Chancey Design Partners and developed by Rookis Development Company.

Thomas Watson and Elizabeth Forsythe of CBRE represented the landlord, Midgrove Centre, LLC, in the leases.

Construction of Greenway Station is estimated to be completed in the second quarter of 2022, with tenant openings throughout the late spring and summer. The development will feature local and national retailers, including Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, YOLO Board + Bike, a national specialty women’s clothier and a national top clothing brand for coastal lifestyle. It will also introduce several new retailers to the market, such as Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny, Turbo Coffee Roasters, and Canopy Road Café.

Located along Highway 30A, the property is situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Point Washington State Forest. It is adjacent to Timpoochee Trail recreational path.
