CBRE Expands Leadership Team in Tennessee with Promotion of Elizabeth Goodwin to Managing Director

CBRE has promoted Elizabeth Goodwin to a Managing Director in Tennessee. In this role, Ms. Goodwin will partner with Tennessee Managing Director Stephen Kulinski and Memphis Managing Director Frank Quinn to assist in the company’s day-to-day operations and drive growth strategies for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, property management and debt & structured finance.

Ms. Goodwin most recently served as CBRE’s Director of Project Management in Tennessee for three years where she oversaw the financial performance of the Nashville region’s project management business for both public and private sector business. She was integral in growing CBRE’s local project management team from three to nearly 30 project managers.

Ms. Goodwin, a Nashville native, is an active member of the NAIOP, ULI, Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, and Go Build Tennessee. She currently serves on the NAIOP Board and has held various leadership positions within other local non-profit, business and industry organization, including Go Building Tennessee, ACE Nashville, American Heart Association PULSE, the Williamson, Inc. and NAIOP. Ms. Goodwin was recently honored as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2022.

Ms. Goodwin earned her master’s degree with honors from Vanderbilt University in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management.

CBRE has also promoted Kristy Hickson to Director of Project Management in Tennessee. Previously a Senior Project Manager, Ms. Hickson’s experience spans all areas of the construction industry including design, procurement and development. She is an NCARB Certified architect and licensed in six states. Ms. Hickson holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ball State University.
