CBRE Facilitates Sale of La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Palm Beach-Airport

CBRE has facilitated the sale of the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport, a 103-key hotel located at 1910 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach, Fla. A private investor purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.

Natalie J. Castillo and the Florida-based hotel investment team with CBRE Hotels represented the seller in the transaction. This transaction marks the tenth La Quinta by Wyndham hotel sold by Ms. Castillo and the CBRE Hotels team over the last nine months.

“Private capital investors for lodging assets are highly active given the continued strong performance of limited and select service hotels, and the anticipation that investments will again take-off by the summer of this year,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Natalie Castillo.

The hotel sits on nearly three acres of highly sought-after real estate just off Interstate 95 on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The property is proximate to the Palm Beach Outlets and recently completed Banyan Cay Resort and Golf, as well as the West Palm Beach International Airport and attractions in the downtown area which have boomed.
