CBRE Hires High Performing Industrial & Logistics Team In Chicago

CBRE announced that it has bolstered its office in Chicago by hiring a top performing industrial and logistics team. The five person team joining CBRE includes Larry Goldwasser, Colin Green, Matt Cowie, John Marks, and Michelle Maguire. The group has completed transactions totaling $3.2 billion in considerations and more than 38,000,000 square feet.

Previously with Cushman & Wakefield, Larry Goldwasser joins the firm as an executive vice president, Colin Green and Matt Cowie as first vice presidents, John Marks as a senior associate, and Michelle Maguire as a client services specialist. The team specializes in industrial infill leasing, sales and development.
