CBRE Hires Industry Veteran Brian Nordahl as Firm Expands Hotel Investment Sales Platform in Texas

CBRE announced today that industry veteran Brian Nordahl has joined CBRE Hotels as an Executive Vice President, specializing in institutional investment sales across Texas and the South Central US.

Mr. Nordahl has more than 32 years of experience in the lodging industry and joins CBRE from Goldman Sachs, where he spent 15 years leading acquisitions, asset management and dispositions for the firm’s global hotel investment portfolio.

Prior to his time at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Nordahl served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Sage Hospitality Resources in Denver. Prior to that, he served as a Principal for Watermark Capital Partners and Deloitte in Chicago.
