CBRE Hires Leading Industrial Brokers Dennis Visser and Weston Yahn in San Diego

CBRE announced hiring veteran brokers Dennis Visser as Senior Vice President and Weston Yahn as Vice President in San Diego. Mr. Visser and Mr. Yahn will join CBRE's Industrial & Logistics practice, specializing in North San Diego's industrial and life sciences properties. Both join CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Visser brings 32 years of experience in institutional leasing and sales. He has completed over 17 million sq. ft. of transactions totaling nearly $2 billion. Mr. Visser holds a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA and is a member of NAIOP, serving as the San Diego chapter's president in 2017.

Mr. Yahn in the last decade has completed nearly 1.8 million sq. ft. of transactions totaling more than $200 million. Mr. Yahn has represented various tenants, including industrial, financial, healthcare, technology and biotech firms. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and is an SD Metro 40 Under 40 honoree and a member of NAIOP San Diego.
