CBRE National Retail Partners Arrange Sale of Grocery-Anchored Retail Center in Fort Worth

CBRE announced the sale of Left Bank, a 114,120 sq. ft. urban high-street grocery-anchored retail center developed by Centergy Retail, LLC, in Fort Worth, Texas. A core fund managed by an institutional investor purchased the asset from Centergy for an undisclosed price.
Jim Batjer, Chris Cozby, Mark Witcher, Blaine Dozier and Harrison Tye with CBRE National Retail Partners arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.
Located in the heart of Fort Worth, Left Bank is anchored by a one-of-a-kind, “urban format” Tom Thumb, which is the sole traditional grocer serving West 7th and surrounding neighborhoods. The development is 98% occupied with additional retail tenants including Hopdaddy Burger Bar, Crumbl Cookies, Nékter Juice Bar and Buffalo Wild Wings. The retail center is part of a 34-acre mixed use development, which will include approximately 1,900 multifamily units upon completion.
