CBRE has announced two new leadership roles for their Project Management business based at the firm’s Dallas office at 2100 McKinney Ave.
Courtney Johnston has joined CBRE as Senior Director for the Dallas Occupier and Investor Project Management business lines. In this new role, Courtney will be responsible for driving awareness and seeking new business opportunities for CBRE Project Management’s corporate interior business and investor clients within the local brokerage community. Her extensive experience with interior design and project management will be a key conduit in leveraging the firm’s platform resources, including procurement & supply chain sourcing, furniture advisory, move management and interior design.
Additionally, Scott Eldredge has expanded his role as the Managing Director who will lead CBRE Project Management’s industrial practice across the South-Central region. In this role, Scott will target existing client relationships with CBRE’s leasing and sales professionals, investor clients and property management groups to assist with their industrial construction requirements. He will also maintain his oversight of ground-up and build-to-suit construction efforts on behalf of CBRE’s clients in DFW.
“These two new roles mark an important investment in our Project Management business locally and regionally,” said Chris Bone, Senior Managing Director, South-Central Division and Latin America. “Courtney is a proven leader in the market and her track record of success in corporate interiors and market knowledge will be a differentiator for us as we elevate our business offerings.”
“Under Scott’s leadership, the Dallas Project Management team has become the gold standard by which our peers are measured. We are incredibly excited to see him bring the same success factors to bear for our Industrial endeavors across Texas and Oklahoma.”
Courtney comes to CBRE with more than 20 years of interior design and corporate interiors experience, most recently with Perkins+Will. She is an LEED Accredited professional and is a member of organizations including the International Interior Design Association and CREW Dallas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Purdue University.
Scott joined CBRE in 2013 and has over 21 years of providing proven solutions and project deliverables across all project management phases. He has managed a number of major assignments including McKesson Office Complex in Irving, TX; Alkami Offices in Plano, TX; and the build-out of four hospital projects for Christus Healthcare. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.
