CBRE Promotes Darin Bosch to Executive Managing Director

CBRE announced the promotion of Darin R. Bosch to Executive Managing Director in San Francisco. Mr. Bosch leads CBRE’s offices in downtown San Francisco and the East Bay, overseeing more than 100 producers across a variety of disciplines, including occupier representation, agency leasing, property sales, and debt and structured finance.

Additionally, Mr. Bosch provides office occupier representation in the Bay Area. His team assists clients with complex deal structuring, occupancy cost reduction strategies, multi-market transaction services, municipal incentive negotiations and headquarters strategies, among others. He is also a member of CBRE’s global law firm practice group.

Mr. Bosch has spent the entirety of his career at CBRE, first joining the company’s San Diego office in 1993. He took the helm of CBRE’s San Francisco office in 2012.
