CBRE Promotes Erika Maston to Vice President in Charleston, S.C.

CBRE has announced that Erika Maston has been promoted to Vice President in Charleston, S.C.

A native of North Carolina and a 16-year commercial real estate veteran, Ms. Maston joined CBRE in 2020. She is a member of the CBRE Capital Markets team in Charleston, where she provides assistance to private capital and individual property owners with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties across South Carolina and coastal Georgia.

Prior to her time at CBRE, Ms. Maston was a Vice President and Managing Partner at Iron Lion Realty and a Vice President and member of the Multifamily Investment Sales Carolinas team at JLL. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
