CBRE Promotes Joseph Khouri to Senior Vice President and Kevin Moss to First Vice President in Cleveland

CBRE has announced that Joseph Khouri has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Kevin Moss to First Vice President in Cleveland.

Mr. Khouri is a 20-year commercial real estate veteran and joined CBRE in 2013. He is the first CBRE Cleveland retail professional to be promoted to Senior Vice President while with the firm and is a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services group, where he specializes in representing retail property owners, landlords and occupiers in the lease and disposition of retail real estate throughout the country. Mr. Khouri was named CBRE’s Top Producing Retail Broker for Northeast Ohio in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021, a top five CBRE Producer across all business lines for Northeast Ohio in 2017, 2019 and 2021, and the #5 CBRE Producing Retail Broker for the Midwest in 2021.

Mr. Moss is a nine-year commercial real estate veteran and joined CBRE in 2015. He the youngest CBRE Cleveland professional to earn the title of First Vice President and is similarly a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services group together with Mr. Khouri and focuses on representing retail occupiers, landlords and building owners in the leasing and selling of retail real estate throughout the country. Mr. Moss was named the CBRE Northeast Ohio Rookie of the Year and is a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award.

Together, Mr. Khouri and Mr. Moss have executed more than 500 transactions in excess of 2.5 million square feet, resulting in over $500 million in consideration.
