CBRE Promotes Kevin Kushner to Vice Chairman

CBRE announced that Kevin Kushner has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest title for producers at the company. Mr. Kushner joins an elite group of approximately 200 professionals at this level at CBRE.

Mr. Kushner joined CBRE’s occupier and advisory practice in 2011 after beginning his career as a real estate attorney. During his time with CBRE he has represented many of the most recognizable names in law, energy, engineering, financial services, professional services, and private equity in connection with its real estate leases and assets.

Mr. Kushner works with occupiers of all sizes to develop and deliver creative and optimal real estate strategies. In addition to his typical tenant representation work, Mr. Kushner has completed extraordinary transactions involving one of the largest private U.S. land sales in the modern era and complex capital markets leases. While the bulk of his practice resides in Houston, Mr. Kushner has led transactions for clients throughout the United States, Central and South America, Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Kushner serves on the global executive committee of the CBRE Law Firm Practice Group and has consistently ranked among the top performers in the company. He has also earned multiple recognitions from National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) as a standout in the real estate industry, including the NAIOP Deal of the Year award and the HBJ’s 40 Under 40 and Heavy Hitter awards.

Kushner is a graduate of the University of Texas and Tulane Law School and currently serves on the boards of The Center for Pursuit, the Anti-Defamation League, Inprint, the Texas Cowboys Alumni Association (University of Texas), and the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association.
