CBRE Promotes Michael Mullady to Vice Chairman in Columbus

CBRE announced that Michael Mullady has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest title for producers at the company. He is the first professional in Columbus to achieve the Vice Chair title.

Mr. Mullady began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in 1998. He is a member of the CBRE Special Properties Group and the Global Supply Chain Group, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of major industrial facilities globally and serves as a tenant advisor for the site selection and lease negotiation process. 

“Michael has built long-standing relationships with many of the largest and most renowned industrial developers, owners and users in the world due to his second-to-none dedication to delivering outstanding client service and outcomes,” said CBRE’s Michael Copella, Senior Managing Director, Eastern Midwest. “We are honored to have Michael as part of our team and congratulate him on this truly worthy promotion.”

Over his career, Mr. Mullady has been consistently the top producer in Columbus and repeatedly ranked in the top 3% and 10% of producers nationally at CBRE. Additionally, he was recognized as CBRE’s top industrial producer in the U.S. in 2010 and in 2021, he was included in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% sales professionals in the Americas.

In addition to his work at CBRE, Mr. Mullady engages in community and charitable endeavors, including the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Easterseals, Special Olympics Ohio and Ducks Unlimited. He is also an active board member of the Toussaint River Watershed Conservancy.
