CBRE Promotes Shaun Moothart in Newport Beach

CBRE announced that Shaun Moothart had achieved the title promotion of Executive Vice President. Mr. Moothart is a member of the CBRE Capital Markets' Debt and Structured Finance team and is located in the company's Newport Beach office.

Mr. Moothart has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a wide range of client relationships, including high-net-worth family offices and institutional capital investors. Throughout this time, he has played a vital role in the origination, underwriting and closing of debt and equity transactions valued at more than $5 billion. Mr. Moothart is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego.
