CBRE|Raleigh Expands Research Platform with Hiring of Elizabeth Gates

Raleigh, NC – July 19, 2022 – CBRE|Raleigh is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Gates to its team as a Senior Research Analyst. Gates has more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience providing industry-leading research and marketing services to the Raleigh-Durham market.

Prior to joining CBRE|Raleigh, Gates worked for a local commercial real estate firm’s research department. Her work has been recognized throughout the market having been awarded the Women in Business Award by the Triangle Business Journal, Champion Award for Most Creative Marketing Program by Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW), and the William P. Eyerman Award by TCAR.

Gates received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently a member of TCREW and the Triangle Business Journal’s Survey Committee.
