CBRE|Raleigh’s Growing Property Management Department Welcomes New Hire, Holly Doerner

Raleigh, NC – May 2, 2022 – CBRE|Raleigh is pleased to welcome Holly Doerner to the team as the Director of Property Management for the Triangle. With over 20 years of property management and leadership experience, Doerner will oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of CBRE|Raleigh property management, property accounting and building services.

Doerner’s hiring is part of a strategic initiative between the CBRE North Carolina offices to enhance the Company’s footprint in the Triangle and Triad region. Doerner will work closely with the Triad office’s Director of Property Management Gil Bankston who has brought instrumental leadership and growth to the Raleigh and Triad offices over the last several years, as well as Sabrina Jones who is the Managing Director of Property Management for North Carolina and oversees the business development for North Carolina as well as the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte market.

Prior to joining CBRE|Raleigh, Doerner served as Vice President & Regional Director of Management for a commercial real estate company in the Triangle. She holds her BOMA Real Property Administrator certification and is pursuing both Certified Property Manager “CPM” and Certified Shopping Center Manager “CSM” certifications. Doerner is active in the industry having served as President of BOMA Raleigh-Durham and is rising President of BOMA Southern Region.

CBRE|Raleigh’s Property Management team has grown to encompass 23 team members and a diverse portfolio of assets. Some of its major assignments include 301 Hillsborough at Raleigh Crossing in downtown Raleigh, Carolina Square in Chapel Hill, The Stitch in Morrisville, Alexander Place in Raleigh, and Forty540 II in RTP.
