CBRE Retained to Sell Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Near Georgia-Florida State Line

CBRE has been retained by AHIP as the exclusive marketing agent to sell the fee-simple interest in the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott located at 1319 E. King Ave., Kingsland, Ga.

Natalie Castillo and Austin LaPoten with CBRE Hotels are marketing the property on behalf of the seller.

Built in 2009, the property features 82 keys, fitness center, and indoor pool and hot tub. It sits at the Interstate 95 exit to the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base and Southeast Georgia Health System Camden Campus. The Marriott hotel is less than five miles from the Florida state border and within 30 minutes of Jacksonville International Airport and Amelia Island.

The hotel is a leader in the market, preferred by group and corporate travelers visiting the area due to its location and premium brand,” said CBRE First Vice President Natalie Castillo.
