CBRE’s Jacque Beeson Becomes First Female in Memphis to Achieve SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

CBRE is pleased to announce that Jacque Beeson with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics in Memphis recently achieved the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation, a professional achievement for commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management. Ms. Beeson is the first woman in Memphis to achieve this prestigious designation.

SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 3,600 members, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. To achieve the SIOR designation, Ms. Beeson completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

Ms. Beeson joined CBRE in 2011 and specializes in industrial real estate, focusing on tenant representation along with asset disposition and acquisition. She represents a diverse group of industrial users including manufacturers, e-commerce tenants, medical/pharmaceutical distributors and third-party logistics companies.
She is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and a member of CBRE’s Women’s Network.
