CBRE’s Joseph Weaver Wins NAIOP’s Developing Leader Award at Annual Night of the Stars Gala

CBRE Senior Associate Joseph Weaver recently took home the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) “Developing Leader Award” for the Fairfield/Westchester County Region during the organization’s Annual Night of the Stars Gala. Mr. Weaver provides occupier and investor representation, strategic planning, consulting, investment sales and portfolio management services throughout the northern suburbs of New York and Connecticut.

Over the past five years, Mr. Weaver has completed more than 100 leasing transactions in excess of half a million square feet in Fairfield County alone.

In addition to his work at CBRE, Mr. Weaver is committed to giving back to his community through fundraising and hands-on volunteer work. He shares his time and talents to help others in the area through Habitat for Humanity in Bridgeport and has also raised funds and awareness for the American Brain Tumor Association’s annual BT5K run in New York City.
