CBRE’s Tom Davis, Central Valley Industrial Leader, Earns Coveted Vice Chairman Title

CBRE announced today that Tom Davis, SIOR, has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest rank for Advisory & Transaction professionals in the company. Mr. Davis is the sole producer in the Central Valley to earn this title and joins only three CBRE industrial Advisory & Transaction professionals who have achieved this designation in California.

Mr. Davis leads CBRE’s Central Valley Industrial Practice group and supports the company’s business from San Joaquin County to the Fresno and Kern County markets. He works extensively with occupiers and institutional investors to market, lease, sell, reposition and develop industrial properties in the San Joaquin Valley. Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has completed over 105 million sq. ft. in lease and sale transactions and over 8,200 acres of land sales totaling $5.35 billion in gross consideration.

Before joining CBRE in 2016, Mr. Davis served as President with Lee & Associates Central Valley Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of California, Berkley, and he is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
