CBRE Secures Lease for Embark Behavioral Health in Solana Beach

CBRE secured a new lease for Embark Behavioral Health to add its services at 462 Stevens Avenue in Solana Beach, Calif. Dan Henry, Kevin Calihan and Amy Trott from CBRE represented the tenant, Embark Behavioral Health.

“Solana Beach is the ideal strategic market for Embark's San Diego location,” said CBRE's Henry. “Solana Crossing is a Class A office/medical building and offers a premier North County location with convenient access to Interstate 5.”

The new clinic site, located in the Solana Crossing office/medical complex, is a 7,444-sq.-ft. suite directly off the second-floor lobby. CBRE’s Dick Balestri and Lars Eisenhauer represented the landlord, American Assets Trust, Inc.

For more than 25 years, Embark has operated a network of treatment and therapy programs across the United States, with a special focus on mental health for teens, young adults and their families. This location is the first in the San Diego market, adding to Embark’s existing Southern California footprint and creating access to a full continuum of services that Embark offers locally and nationally.
