CBRE Secures New Medical Office Leases, Bringing MedSquare Health to Full Occupancy

CBRE has secured 24,200 square feet of new medical office leases at MedSquare Health, the first off-campus Class A medical office building to be built in the Baptist Hospital of area Miami in over 20 years. These leases bring the project to full occupancy.

Cardiovascular Centers of America has signed a lease for 8,227 square feet. Centers for Imaging and Research of America has signed a lease for 9,212 square feet and is relocating from 2760 SW 97th Avenue. HCA Florida Institute for Gynecologic Oncology has signed a lease for 6,795 square feet and is relocating from 7800 NW 87th Avenue. My OB/GYN Specialists is expanding their space by an additional 1,611 square feet, bringing their total square footage to 5,036 square feet.

CBRE Executive Vice President Gordon Messinger represented MAS^AJP, the owner and developer, in lease negotiations.

MedSquare Health is a three-story, 116,000-square-foot Class A medical office building located at 9408 SW 87th Ave. Other tenants at the property include GastroHealth, VITAS Healthcare, Dental Care Alliance, Miami Plastic Surgery and LifeStance Health.

The property is a LEED certified building designed by Modis Architects. Building amenities include a two-story parking garage with valet parking, an on-site café and shared conference room space. It is easily accessible by Don Shula Expressway and Palmetto Expressway.

Earlier this year, Mr. Messinger brought MedSquare Place, another project with MAS^AJP, to full occupancy prior to delivery.
