CBRE Strengthens Occupier Services Business in Pittsburgh with Three Hires

New recruits to broaden local occupier services group and grow market share

CBRE announced today that Randy McCombs, Sam McGill and Caroline Muse have joined the company as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Associate, respectively, with Occupier Services in Pittsburgh.

Mr. McCombs and Mr. McGill join from Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, and Ms. Muse joins from McKnight Realty Partners. Together, they will work with CBRE’s Pat Sentner and Amy Broadhurst to provide tenant representation to occupiers across Pittsburgh. Mr. McCombs and Mr. Sentner will co-lead the Occupier Services Group in Pittsburgh.

Mr. McCombs has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. As Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, he focused on tenant advisory and asset disposition for corporate clients in a wide range of sectors, including engineering, technology, retail, financial services and government both locally and across the U.S. Throughout his career, he’s completed office and industrial transactions across Pennsylvania and North America totaling more than $2.0 billion and encompassing nearly 35 million square feet. Before his time with Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Executive Vice President with GVA Oxford.

Mr. McGill has more than 11 years of experience in the industry. As Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, he provided corporate occupier and tenant advisory services for local and multi-market clients in sectors ranging from life sciences and transportation to technology, health care and government. His experience serving corporate clients encompasses all facets of real estate, including tenant representation, financial analysis, business incentives, build-to-suit development, corporate dispositions, corporate advisory and real estate optimization.

Ms. Muse is a rising star in Pittsburgh’s commercial real estate industry. As a Director of Leasing and Project Management with McKnight Realty Partners, she managed various corporate and client-facing processes including marketing and lease administration, new lease and renewals workflows and development project timelines. She began her time in the industry as a sales associate with Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis.
