CBRE Welcomes Prominent Industrial Team in Seattle

CBRE announced that Patricia Loveall, SIOR, and Jason Rosauer joined its Seattle office as Executive Vice Presidents. The team specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties, as well as the sale of office and land development sites, across the states of Washington and Montana.

Loveall and Rosauer join CBRE from Kidder Mathews. They are prominent figures in the commercial real estate industry locally and nationally.

Loveall is the current Global President for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), as well as a Fellow with the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). In addition to investment sales, she provides corporate real estate services and has represented some of the Pacific Northwest’s largest occupiers and owners.

Rosauer has completed over $3 billion in closed real estate transactions. In addition to his industrial and land expertise, he is known for executing complex waterfront and marine-related transactions, as well as consulting for supermarket and grocery-specific clients.

“The addition of Jason and Patricia complements our existing industrial team and expands our reach across eastern Washington and Montana, two regions seeing increased investor activity,” said John R. Miller, senior managing director for CBRE in the Pacific Northwest.

The pair’s accolades include being named a Top Investment Team by Connect Media in 2020, Investment Team of the Year by SIOR in 2019, and Investment Broker of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2018, among others.
