CBRE Welcomes Randy Carballo as Senior Vice President in Miami

CBRE announced that Randy Carballo has joined the firm’s Miami office as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Mr. Carballo will specialize in office tenant representation and agency leasing throughout the Miami area.

“Randy has established himself as a highly-regarded advisor in Miami and brings a wealth of expertise and invaluable relationships to CBRE,” said Josh Bank, senior managing director of CBRE in South Florida. “He is a strategic addition to our office team and will further elevate our ability to service clients as they navigate this ever-evolving office sector.”

Mr. Carballo comes to CBRE from Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., where he was an Executive Vice President. He played an integral role in key agency leasing assignments while also advising local, national and global companies with their real estate strategies. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Carballo was a Vice President at JLL, serving clients across Miami and Orlando. With a decade of experience, Mr. Carballo has successfully completed more than 2 million square feet of office lease transactions.

Mr. Carballo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 37th annual class. In addition, Mr. Carballo serves on United Way of Miami Dade’s Young Leader’s Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, ALS Association, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.
