Enrichment Intervention Family Center Signs Lease to Expand in Woodland Hills

CBRE has arranged a 5,300-sq.-ft. office lease for the Enrichment Intervention Family Center (EIFC) at 21051 Warner Center Lane in Woodland Hills, California. EIFC is a full service Applied Behavior Analysis clinic located in the greater Los Angeles region. The organization moved to its new larger location in early September to fit the growing number of children it serves impacted with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

CBRE delivered a special office allowing EIFC to continue to do beneficial work in the community. CBRE’s Mark Landver represented the tenant. The building’s landlord is Adler Properties.

EIFC offers a wide variety of therapies and other services to help children with autism and their families. They create customized therapy programs that are tailored to each child’s individual needs. Additionally, they provide families with important training to teach them how to help their child grow and learn. 

“I was able to locate and negotiate a lease with a landlord that was empathetic to the needs of children with autism,” said Mr. Landver, a vice president at CBRE. “Adler Properties allowed EIFC to build a custom sensory gym and allocated a private section of its property for a children’s outdoor play area. This transaction is a prime example of how the power of real estate and the right location can bring an organization’s vision to life and support children in the community.”

Located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Woodland Hills, EIFC’s new space will allow the organization to meet the demand for its specialized services. The new space is located on the ground floor, allowing for easy access. Additionally, the building has amenities such as free parking, a custom-made gym, and a private outdoor area for the children, staff and family members to use.
