Hotel Valuations Team Joins CBRE, 2 Employees Based in Orlando

CBRE announced today that industry veteran Michael Cummings has joined CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services as a Senior Vice President to focus on the hotels sector on the East Coast and throughout the U.S.

Mr. Cummings, who is based in Norfolk, VA, has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in hospitality-related valuations and advisory assignments. He has been involved in the valuation of thousands of hotels and billions of dollars in hotel real estate over his career. He joins CBRE from Horwath HTL, where he led the firm’s valuation and advisory practice in the U.S. and Mexico for the past five years.

A team of hotels valuations and consulting professionals joins Mr. Cummings at CBRE, including Dick Keegan and Chris Keegan who will serve as Vice Presidents in Orlando, Edward Palmer, a Senior Valuation Associate, and Lynn Jernell, a Senior Appraiser, who will be based in Norfolk, VA. The team has deep experience in hotel development, operations, finance, valuations, impact studies, market studies, operator searches and transaction due diligence.
